Refund policy

If you need to place a return, or your product was lost, damaged, stolen, or somehow below expectations in any way please contact us directly at the email listed below and let us know how we can make it right.

Customer care is a top priority and we apologize in advance for any inconvenience you may have suffered.

Returns are accepted for up to 14 days after purchase. We can only accept the item in new condition in the original packaging due to domestic hygiene standards. We accept returns on defective and non-defective products. We also accept returns that are exchanges.

Please typically allow 1-3 business days for a real person (not a bot) to get back to you regarding your question or potential return issue.

If a return is determined a free return label shall be provided to the customer to download and print for their return.

There shall be no restocking fee charged. No final sales are in effect.
